Charlotte Performing Arts Academy (CPAA) is a dance studio teaching ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop and acrobatics, and home to the CPAA Dance Company and Kidz Crew. Its summer camps are specialized weeks rather than general day camps: a TikTok-and-hip-hop camp for ages 7-13, a popstar camp in which dancers produce their own music video, a Flip Fest tumbling camp, a jazz and hip hop choreography camp, a ballet technique camp, and an audition-prep camp for the Kidz Crew. Camps begin in mid-June.
