Charlotte Dance Alliance is a dance and floor-gymnastics studio at 1898 Windsor Square in Matthews with more than 32 years of history, teaching ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, pointe, acro, improv and leadership skills. Classes start with Mommy-and-Me at 18 months and extend through advanced adult, and the studio fields elite competition teams from age 4 up. Its summer offering is a summer class session (July 14-August 7 in 2025) rather than a day camp.

★MaryAnn LainoMy daughter danced for 8 years, 5 from where we lived before. We moved here and she went to this school when this was Fancy Feet. Many of the girls had gone here since they were 2/3 years old and my daughter was bullied right put of this school by very mean and nasty girls. They would even text her and tell her to quit the school. I complained to the owner, Miss Paula several times. She told me she would speak with them and their mothers and she never did anything about it. So my daughter finally decided not to go back. I was disappointed because she was a very good dancer and caught onto routines quickly and she didn’t even want to try a new school. I hope they have improved in this area for the sake of anyone’s child

She asks to go to dance everyday now! The staff are so loving and friendly! I can tell they truly care about each and every one of the dancers who walk into the buildings. We are always greeted with the warmest smile and thoughtful words. Totally worth the investment and an added bonus that they have so many classes to offer. Looking forward to Summer classes!
