My little one was 5 and not very familiar with the after-school program situation and opted to stay with us after 3 days of trying Champs. The owners of Champs issued us a very large refund, even after we agreed our deposit was non refundable. I’m not saying everyone will get this treatment, but I am saying that it was a kind gesture. Especially since we were only there for 3 days. When we left, the owner said to my daughter “I’ll wait for you to come back! You are strong!”, I think this really showed his character. I hope one day, when she is older, she can go back to learn from you. Thank you!

Even if you are having trouble, the master Yu and instructors provide an incredible amount of support to get you to where you need to be. This has been the best experience for my daughter, keeps her active, helps learn to focus and builds confidence. They are the BEST!
