Challenge Soccer Club

Challenge Soccer Club is a multi-location Houston-area youth soccer club offering recreational, academy and select programs plus school-break and summer soccer camps for boys and girls roughly ages 6-16, organized by age and ability. Campers work on technical skills and attacking/defending principles through games. This entry is the club's Tomball-area listing; the same operator runs sites including Cypress.

Powered by GoogleI deeply regret signing my daughter up for this league. At nearly $300 per month, plus an additional $500 for uniforms, the costs are outrageous for what little they provide. Despite paying thousands of dollars (nearly $3,000 for like 8 months), our team doesn’t even have a dedicated coach, making it impossible for the girls to develop consistency. Every practice is different, every coach has their own approach, and on top of that, our team is often incomplete—so random players have to fill in. How are these girls supposed to improve when they’re given no structure or stability? Tournaments are just as bad. We had to pay out of pocket for hotels and transportation, only to watch the team struggle under yet another unfamiliar coach. When Coach Miguel worked with them, they had structure, discipline, and actually won games. But when it mattered most, Challenge Soccer pulled him away, forcing the girls to play under last-minute replacements, completely undoing all their progress. Then there’s the constant cancellations, if it even sprinkles, training is canceled. For the amount of money we’ve paid, they should at least have an indoor facility as a backup. And let’s not forget the horrible communication. At the beginning of the season, I had to personally email the president just to get basic answers. At this point, I wish I could get my money back, but I know that won’t happen. Instead, I’ll be taking my daughter to a volunteer-based league next season, which costs literally ten times less and actually provides structure. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere since this league is a complete waste.
My son Angel after 4 years and a half decided to leave the local academy he had played for and won many championships along comes a new Challenge and objectives to reach and keep on learning different schemes from his new Coach we don’t regret leaving his old Academy it was for the better where I think Challenge will meet his expectations in 3 yrs from now his goal is to play College Soccer
My son finally has his love for soccer back. We migrated from another local club as well as about 8 others and we haven't regretted it one time. Wonderful staff of coaches that bring a wealth of years of experience. This club is not for the weak at heart. The name says it all, The Challenge will definitely push your player to be the best version of himself. Over all I highly recommend.
We enrolled in the summer season and although my daughter wasn’t a huge fan of soccer, I was very impressed with the program. The coaches are great! Highly recommend
