Carlisle Family YMCA
Private
The Carlisle Family YMCA offers a wide range of summer programs for ages 4-16, from day camps to teen leadership programs and overnight resident camp at Camp Thompson. Its Youth Adventure Day Camp keeps kids at the Y facility, pool and grounds rotating through arts and crafts, swimming, cooking, drama and games, while Camp Thompson Day Camp (9am-4pm, with free play 7:45am-5pm) adds swimming, sports, canoeing, archery and campfires. Sessions run nine weeks from June through mid-August.

Powered by GoogleAmazing place! Even though I'm a kid, that doesn't mean I cant be in the amazing YMCA. 🔥🔥🔥💯💯
The only problem I have ever had is parking, because they are usually busy when I have a chance to go. I had my orientation in the Egym with Christian last week, he was awesome! The place is always very clean and everyone is always nice!
We hosted a 5th birthday party at the YMCA utilizing their inflatable obstacle course. It was a great space for a large group of kids, and the folks at the Y were wonderful to work with!
Staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. They have fun programs and events for families and birthday party options. Parking can get full, but there's plenty of street spaces around the perimeter.
Decent, they are lacking a some key bar and free weight options available at other gyms (ez-bars, etc), sauna and steam room (smells like feet/mold) should be cleaned more frequently. Pool is great, and there is a dress code for the pool, but apparently not the gym, where many younger women come in and workout in modern underwear. There are young boys here. I would expect this at other places, not the Y with so many kids.
