Cedarbrook Camp Mid-Atlantic
Cedarbrook Camp Mid-Atlantic runs Christ-centred overnight camp weeks for girls and boys who have completed grades 1 through 12, hosted at Tel Hai Camp and Retreat Center in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Campers choose three skill-building activities to do each day for the whole week from a list that includes a five-level horse riding programme, archery and target sports, swimming lessons, canoeing and kayaking, a challenge course, outdoor living skills, drama, woodworking, ceramics, photography and rocketry. Campers are grouped by the grade just completed, usually two grades together, and health directors are doctors or nurses licensed to practise in Pennsylvania. The camp commits 10% of donations to camper scholarships and also runs a Campers-in-Leadership-Training week and a spring father-daughter weekend.
