We hosted my daughters’ (ages 5 & 2) birthday party at Canvas & Code, and it was wonderful! The planning process was so smooth. Carly was so thoughtful and intentional with each activity that she planned and prepped for the party. There were so many activities to choose from- the kids had so much fun!! Carly was so kind and great to work with. We will DEFINITELY be back to do classes here!!

We celebrated a child's birthday here at C&C and really enjoyed the experience. We had five friends over to do some STEM projects, eat some cake, and nerd out on a Minecraft theme. Carly has created a clean, open space that is versatile for parties, workshops, camps, and classes. As part of the party process she customizes age-appropriate activities to the child's interests in such a thoughtful way. Side note, I also find her newsletter useful as she shares new offerings - I'm keeping my eyes on this woman-run small business as it continues to grow.

We were invited to a birthday party and it was super fun! A lot of fun hands on activities. The activity for the birthday was a closed circuit in a box. Each kid had their own paper with electric tape, battery and bulb. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable. She used to be a teacher. Looking forward to exploring more classes! Highly recommend!

I attended the Christmas gift making session. Everything was laid out and ready to go. Carly had instructions at each table along with a sample of what the finished project. There were yummy snacks and bags to put our finished projects in. I would recommend this for anyone who wants some time to be creative and to spend time with friends.

Her gentle smile, calm energy, and sincere love for teaching shine through in everything she does. It’s clear she has an infinite desire to make learning fun for all, meeting each child where they are while encouraging creativity, confidence, and curiosity. The grand opening overflowed with joy, fun, and excitement, with children eagerly hustling and bustling as their imaginations came to life. The atmosphere was inspiring and welcoming, and it was amazing to see how engaged and happy the kids and parents were throughout the experience. Canvas & Code is more than an art studio—it’s a place where creativity thrives, learning feels joyful, and children leave feeling proud of what they’ve created. I can't wait to go to one of her adults & arts classes.
