The facility was undergoing construction during our period there so they have a little bit of an excuse for not doing the following: 1: notify us of a week of being closed - we showed up and it was empty. 2: notify us of a schedule change and "graduation ceremony" - We showed up for our daughters final class and found out that there was a ceremony that happened earlier in the day. 3: change teachers during the middle of the term - we signed up specifically because the instructor taught in a way that our daughter could learn, by showing how its done and following with hands on coaching - she was replaced with a coach who just yelled what needed to be done. This was just unfortunate timing though, the original teacher left for a pregnancy. In addition: Canton Gymnastics Academy appears to be a gym that focuses on their star athletes at the expense of the new members. I constantly saw the owner and staff talking to the advanced students parents, while I was having a hard time speaking to the staff about schedules, classes, etc...
