We spent 3 days/3 nights at Camp Shalom in June, & we had a wonderful experience. We had a group of about 150 girls & the camp grounds, facilities & kitchen amenities were all great! The staff was exceptional, very friendly and attentive to our every need. I cannot stress enough how accommodating Chris, Mike & the entire staff were. We brought our own kitchen staff, but the kitchen was equipped with more than enough of the necessary prep items and had plenty of space. The grounds and cabins are kept clean and are well taken care of. The classrooms were each large enough for what we needed, and the spring fed lake was a huge hit with all the girls. Swimming and the various water activities were everyone's favorite! We even used the ropes course and climbing wall one afternoon, & everyone enjoyed it. We had a great summer camp & made some amazing memories that the girls will have forever:-) If need a place for your next camp or retreat, book with Camp Shalom & your group will have a wonderful time. We loved it so much that we booked again for the next year before we even left the camp!!

Very nice property, it has a lake with canoes, and other water entertainment. The food was good. The owners were very accommodating. The only thing I didn't care for was the sleeping arrangements...too many bodies to each cabin.
