We love Camp Lawroweld. My daughter attended junior camp last year, and I just dropped off all three of my daughters today for another week of junior camp. The counselors come from the church community and all is wholesome and healthy, lots of activities, exercise, fresh air, and fun. Makes me wish I was a kid again!

I literally grew up here. My parents ran the waterfront. You couldn’t have asked for a better childhood. This is a Seventh Day Adventist summer camp. It sits on a picturesque lake. With only a short drive to dozens of mountain hiking trails and white water rafting. Water skiing pottery classes swimming and capture the flag during the day and songs around the campfire at night. I haven’t been in my adult life but I picture it as being the same today as it was in the late 80 and early 90s. God is worshiped with services on Saturdays and nightly songs and stories of faith.

Camp Lawroweld is like my home away from home. The staff is really friendly and are really helpful. I love going up to teen camp, and make so many friends. Pastor Tamaleaa is really nice and helpful. I love this place and can't think of almost any other place I would rather be.

I was invited to go to a Ladies Retreat here. I thoroughly enjoyed it and this camp is well kept and ran.SO much to do here and so peaceful for a needed rest. The view at the Lake at sunrise is breath taking there are plenty of places to sit and relax.
