I can't say enough great things about Camp J! Our kids have gone there for 2 years now and it's by far the best option for summer camp (we've tried 2 others). They enjoy daily swimming, arts & crafts, STEM as well as seeing their summer friends and old camp counselors each year. On top of the exceptional programming, the staff is top notch. Everyone is incredibly professional, counselors are age appropriate.. you just feel confident that your kids are in good hands here. For as long as we live in the area, this will be our plan for summers. Highly recommend!!

Both my kids have attended Camp J for several years and EVERY single year has been terrific. They've made friends that they stay in touch with all year. They've developed relationships with older kids and counselors that have been a positive impact on their life and growth. The Theater program has been particularly amazing. Kids have a great time and put on a stellar show at the end of the program. Last year my son really enjoyed the LIFEGUARD IN TRAINING program as well. This was a really great way to teach the kids valuable life lessons in a fun learning environment. I would highly recommend sending your kids to this camp. You won't regret it.

My granddaughter has attended Camp J for 3 years. She loves it. She calls it "my camp." The first year when she was going into kindergarten she learned to swim at camp. We had tried to teach her to swim previously, but she did not want to enter the pool without her floaties. The Red Cross trained swim instructors provided a terrific swimming program for children who had not learned to swim. Within a few weeks she was strong and confident in swimming and water safety. Her father and uncle both attended Summer Camp at the J and went through the "counselors in training" experience when they were in high school. We have always felt welcomed here. The J programs are organized and a wonderful opportunity to build friendships.

My children attend Camp J every summer and during school breaks. My kids love going to Camp J and as parents, we appreciate the diverse programming that keeps our kids active, including field trips, color wars, and daily swimming. For older kids, they run an excellent theater camp as well as other specialty camps.

My children have attended camp J for 4 summers now. They can't wait for the school year to end, so they can go back. As my one child said "I wish Camp J was 9 months, and school 3. Not because I don't love school, I just REALLY love Camp J". At Camp J, children are encouraged to try new things but have the chance to focus on their interests. They form lifelong friendships not only with the campers but their counselors too. The small camp-counselor ratio allows the counselors to really get to know the children and support them in all areas of their growth and development. Summer is not summer without Camp J! Highly recommend to all!
