Powered by GoogleCamp Galileo is AWESOME! My daughter really enjoyed every minute. Each day was different and very engaging. Camps can be hard with different kids each day/week but Galileo counselors made it feel very stable. Music was playing at drop off and made getting out of the car easier along with leaving Mommy! She came home with really cool crafts each Friday. Every Wednesday was themed and the kids were dressed in costumes. Thursdays were water days and she couldn't wait to wear her bathing suit all day. It really was a great experience and we will be back next year.
Great camp! Kids are happy, entertained and educated at the same time! Run by professionals who know what they are doing.
My son LOVE Galileo Palo Alto. The team is fantastic, supportive, responsive and fun. I fully recommend.
I ended up needing to disenroll one of my two children from this summer camp. When I first called and was unsure of whether I had to or not, I was told that it would be no problem, I could wait to disenroll, I only had to pay a $25 per week cancellation fee and that I could get a refund. What I wasn't told in this call was that after a certain point the refund would be in the form of a credit. Yes of course I could've obsessively read all their policies to make sure I fully understood them, so I can share part of the blame.....but in general I don't like to feel like I have to be paranoid as a consumer and read all the details in the fine print right after talking to a customer service representative. What's even more frustrating is at the time I did drill down with the agent on the phone and they said to me that they had a flexible policy and I shouldn't be worried ETC....BUT didn't mention that it would be only for credit. SO while they might not have fit a legal definition of deceptive to the point that I can have a court compel them to give me a cash refund, they were deceptive enough to leave a foul taste in my mouth.
