Powered by GoogleBeautiful nature setting. Somewhat tucked back into the woods, which helps set the mood. Very minimal, but in a good way. Wonderful location for a school field trip.
This is BY FAR the BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD! I had went to this camp from the time I was like 6 until I was 18! After turning 18 I actually became a counselor and really enjoyed working under Barry, Kathleen, Elizabeth and making such good friends with everyone there! I have never been treated wrong by this camp and so much so that My wife and I decided this was the place we wanted to remember for the rest of our lives! On 10•02•24 I got married to the most beautiful girl in the world at the most peaceful, loving, environment and I wouldn’t of been able to create such a beautiful moment without the help of Camp Bethel and Staff! If you’re considering sending your kids to camp, booking an event, coming to an event, or even to just hike Horseshoe Bend. Stop considering! DO IT! This will be one of the BEST memories of your life. Speaking from tons of experience!
What's not to love about Camp Bethel. I grew up here, worked here, and now bring MY family here year after year. The most beautiful place on Earth.
Nice camping place especially for those who bring everything they need. Updates noticed were decking around a house and improved wifi coverage for meeting areas. Still needs updating in several areas including bathrooms and showers and needed kitchen appliances and other basic kitchen needs and updates for food prep.
Very peaceful, tranquil setting. We attended as part of a retreat and enjoyed the location despite it's being "out of the way." Roanoke is within 30 minutes so not entirely inconvenient. Great place. Great staff.
