Powered by GoogleI’ve been with this gym for only a few weeks now, but I felt like I was a part of the family from day one. This community is nothing but kind, hardworking, and supportive! The classes offered are a great workout, and I love having the option to swim in lap lanes because that is hard to find!
Love this gym! The classes are always challenging but fun, and the coaches genuinely care about your progress. They take the time to correct form, motivate you, and make sure you’re improving every week. The environment is welcoming and the sense of community here is unmatched. It truly feels like a place where everyone supports each other.
C26 has been an excellent addition to our swimmer's training and growth. Whether you are looking for beginning swim lessons or refining technique for competitive swimmers, this is a great option. All of the coaches bring a ton of experience and knowledge and are wonderful to work with.
Love this place! The staff and owner are amazing and truly care about their clients! It has state of the art pool and swim classes for infants and athletes alike. Brooke is knowledgeable about the entire facility and can answer any questions! Kory is great as an instructor in Rocks classes - he makes sure you are challenged as well as safe when working out!
C26 has been one of the most disappointing and misleading gym experiences we’ve ever had. When we enrolled, they took $170 on the spot for three of us (adult + two kids) and didn’t even bother to give us a tour, key access, or basic instructions on how to enter the facility. We literally had no way to get in. When we raised this the next day, the owner repeatedly apologized for the lack of response, lack of communication, and overall irresponsibility, which only confirmed that they care more about signing memberships and collecting fees than providing a proper, transparent facility. The bigger issue came after joining(post holiday season): we were never told that 4–8 PM, the only realistic time for school‑age kids, is completely blocked off or prioritized for a swim team than to individual memberships. These restrictions were hidden, partially communicated, and not mentioned at all. Because of this misinformation and unable to use the pool at kids flexibility we decided to cancel the membership within the month of joining. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the facility insisted we “agreed to the notice,” even though that agreement was based on incomplete and misleading information. A notice period only applies when the terms are fully disclosed and honored, neither of which happened here. We were even told when we were “allowed” to use the pool, as if families should rearrange their lives around a team they’re not part of. That’s not flexibility; that’s imposed scheduling. We even requested to keep the membership if they give us the flexibility with time(4-8pm). To make matters worse, the owners' tone quickly shifted to threats about billing and collections instead of any attempt to resolve the situation fairly. It’s not a kid‑friendly environment, not a transparent operation, and certainly not a place that treats families with respect. If I could give zero stars, I would.
