★★M DPros: Nice Facility Nice surrounding area Polite front desk Cons: Coaches very hands off Seating area is pretty bad Desire to be competitive is questionable. The coaches are on their phones a bit too much in my opinion. They yell directions from a distance instead of walking over the gymnasts. Theres just not great instruction or leadership. Go a few times and you’ll see what I mean. If you’re looking for some recreation and good exercise, this is a solid option. If you’re trying to grow a skilled athlete and compete and pay for great coaching, you won’t like this option.

We stayed for over a year hoping things would improve, but it never did. The program feels more like unstructured childcare than real coaching—there’s little consistency, no clear curriculum, and minimal skill progression. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. Feedback is met with excuses instead of action. I’d strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere.
