USTA tournaments are not staffed properly. There is only one person in charge able to make any decisions on court assignments and he insists on stepping in to any issues instead of having someone else look into it. We've had an instance where 3 courts were left open for no less than 15min during a tournament where matches were already running 1h+ behind. Also, they don't make sure that players are made aware when their opponent "retires", leaving them to wait unnecessarily until until they go up to ask. Very bad experience. Edit: I didn't mean to imply that USTA regulations weren't being followed, because frankly I don't know the details. I should've said staff should've been better trained or used better judgement. There appeared to be two working(?), but the one at the front desk was helpless to do anything, while three courts sat empty. Tournaments likely don't have much margin to start with. Maximize efficiency where you can, especially when matches are already more than an hour behind!

I have a bad personal experience at this place. Don't expect the front desk give you any "kind" reminder, they assume you know all the rules.

Nice facility, and we visited this place for a USTA event. The waiting area is great with a pin pong table. The indoor courts are maintained well. The restrooms and locker room are great. The parking lot is good. Located very closer to a shopping plaza.

Brunswick Hills Tennis Club, BHTC, is one of the highest quality places for tennis in this area. First, the tennis courts are kept in great shape and the indirect lighting creates ideal play conditions. Add to this a small state of the art gym, a lounge area great to hang out and watch others play, and the cafe with some healthy smoothies, Expresso, capucino, and snacks.the result is a place for tennis I never want to leave.
