I'd rate it one star, but at least one staff member was on duty. I don't even know where to start. My wife booked reservations for our son's 7th birthday at this venue. During the booking process, it was evident that whoever took our information wasn't familiar with the business's procedures, leaving us feeling uncertain. Despite following up weeks later to confirm, there were still doubts. On the day of the event, promises made during the reservation, such as providing goody bags, were not fulfilled. Moreover, only one staff member, or at least the appearance of two, was present—a young man and an older woman. Unfortunately, the young man was unproductive, merely observing as the older woman struggled to entertain the kids. Consequently, most of the children grew bored and wanted to leave. To add to the disappointment, the pizza we ordered was delayed by the absent "owner." As a result, the kids were left waiting in the back for 30 minutes, with no entertainment or explanation. It would have made sense to let them play until the food arrived. Once the food finally did come, there was a rushed attempt to feed the children and hurry them out due to another event scheduled. I cannot recommend this place until significant changes are made to their processes. This has been the worst experience I've had for my child at an event venue.
