When I finally got a response, the instructor canceled last minute, claiming she was moving out of town — it’s unclear if that was even true or just a lie. This entire experience felt shady and disrespectful. If she wasn’t going to follow through, she should’ve been upfront instead of vanishing. Unreliable, unresponsive, and a complete waste of time. As a small business owner myself, it is disappointing to experience this as I would never just “ghost” someone. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Edit: despite claiming to reach out to resolve this, she still has not reached out. What a scam. Don’t waste your time and money with this fake tennis coach. What a despicable thing to do to continue lying.
