I was here this year for two weeks and I loved the food, counselors, and the general experience. In general a great place they made me feel very welcome and I don't think I could have had a better time and I plan on coming back next year.

We were there for a wedding, which was beautiful, and I felt the location was great for a Maine wedding. I walked the surrounding facilities and though we did not camp there I feel that this would have been a great place to go to if we didn't already live in the area.

Very rustic. Beautiful land, and accommodating staff, but really meant for summer time events. Once September hits it's too cold to be in unheated cabins. And be aware that there is no provision made for visibility on the land after nightfall.

The weather is subject to change but activities are always on. The food is awesome, tailored to meet everyone's dietary needs.

★★★★★Lamont M Pearson,

I was a camper during the 1973 and 74 seasons I was ten and eleven years old during those seasons I loved it I'm from NYC so the things I did out there such as hiking up the mountains, fishing, horseback riding and feeding the animals we had was a great experience. Here i am forty three years later and at the age of fifty five years old I'm still in touch with my bunkmates Timothy Michael and Vincent Bowen. We had great times there at BBC Camp.
