This is the second time I've brought my family here, and both times have been great. Everything looks to be pretty well-kept and the lifeguards seem to be on point. The lazy river is a lot of fun, too! I definitely recommend checking it out.

Thank you Megan for giving us a smooth experience for our baby girl birthday!! You were so busy and still offered options for a smooth service!. We did experience bad/horrible customer service with the Chelsea and Devante so book with caution!!! And I mean that. Chelsea was very rude and non helpful. Told us we can’t set up decorations for her after we was told it was ok previously. We left countless voicemails and calls. Megan and Madison did a their best and I appreciate it! I only stuck thru it for my kid. Kids had a ball! We will not book again nor recommend until they handle the others that offer poor service! Be cautious because I spent too much money and time to deal with the bad service. Mind you we booked monthsss in advance.

there was lady bugs and everything. it was around the lazy river, I understand there should be bugs and everything but poor lady bugs.. only lady bugs first of all. but it was so much! actually like 30 to 40 lady bugs. i was not having the day for that so yeah. this happened a week ago. i check the bad reviews which was insanely true. i would not recommend this place to anyone. the life guards were pretty much mean to us. basically targeting, only the boys im pretty sure ig

Finally made it here and glad we did. Kids had a BLAST. Great facility, could use some love but still great. $13 for us 3 so that’s very reasonable. There’s a locker room/bathrooms and showers to use. Since the weather is cold out it feels really nice inside the pool area—-very humid and chlorine filled but comfortable. Lifeguards were plenty and alert. Will be on our rainy day rotation. 😎

Love this place !! Fun and inexpensive day trip!! The water was luke warm and room temp was about 80 degrees. If you throw a birthday party here, ask Staff to turn off A/C in party room. But overall we had a blast!!
