Seven-week Jewish community day camp (Lessans Camp JCC) at the Bender JCC in Rockville, serving ages 4-21 with visual and performing arts, swimming, STEM, music, dance, athletics, nature, and rock climbing. Regular hours are 9am-4pm with extended care from 7:30am to 6pm, and it includes Kochavim, an inclusion program for teens and young adults with disabilities.

★JillianThe receptionist was cold and rude when she answered the phone, I didn't know it was a crime to ask somebody how they are doing. I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of customer service. As someone who worked in customer service for years, I am aware that the receptionist is honestly the face of the company, but this one just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be wasting my time here.
★pattra noonThe Bender JCC CEO, Mr. Josh Bender, is very rude and abusive to many members, especially seniors.... He refuses to accept or reply to their phone calls.... He does not answer their e-mails. He threatens them with terminating their membership if they complain more than twice about the same problem at the JCC.... Mr. Bender is a disgrace as a CEO and a Jew. There is a long list of people whose memberships he terminated..... He does not know how to treat people properly.... The JCC would do well to have him replaced with a better person who knows how to properly interact with people...

We have stayed as the folks who work here are exceptional. A special shout out to the Director of Aquatics, Caroline Cardullo who is more than a blessing to all who use both the outdoor and indoor pools! She always is there for the members. The JCC is more than a place to work out as it is a wonderful welcoming community! If you’re considering membership be sure to call and ask for Art!
