Atlantic Yachting runs a youth summer sailing camp for ages 9-15 out of Hudson River Park's Pier 25 Marina in Tribeca, in its 20th season in 2026. Campers sail the Hudson in groups of six or fewer, each boat carrying an American Sailing Association-certified instructor and overseen by a USCG Master-licensed captain, and cover rigging, knots, sail trim, tacking and jibing, rules of the road and crew-overboard procedures. Days run Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm, with a lunch break and free time at Pier 25; six two-week sessions run from June to August at $2,490 for two weeks or $1,490 for one, and campers may attend from one to twelve weeks. Counselors also meet campers at 79th Street and West End Avenue on the Upper West Side and escort them to Tribeca by subway, for which campers provide their own OMNY card or MetroCard.
