We had a very poor experience with the lady at front window. first she made us wait 10 mins watching us from her chair before she opened her window which was weird. I believe her name was Karen. We came in on Tuesday 3-10-26 asking questions about back hand spring class that is offered, and we talked to Karen and she gave us 3 days to choose from and we told her we could only do Wednesday at 7-8pm cause her school cheer takes up other to days with same time. at this time she said great and our daughter (Bella) would need to take the intro class first on Wednesday 3-11-26 from 6-7pm. We said ok see you tomorrow and we showed up and did class and was told yes Bella is ok to join backhand spring class. We go up to desk to sign up and Karen at this point told us the Wednesday class is full and never opens up as its for the Vegas stars team, so we got upset and left, but my question is if the Wednesday class at 7-8pm is only for the Vegas Star team then why offer it and why did Karen waste our time when she knew that was the only class we could be in and still have us do the intro class and waste everyone's time. My Daughter (Bella) did the intro with Cheezie and my Daughter said Cheezie was awesome and really wants to go here and so that is why it is ever worse that Karen did this and had us start something she knew was not possible cause Wednesday night are of the table. I'm so confused why Karen did not just say this on Tuesday night when we were there. Dave and Courtney Holland

My daughter goes here and I feel like they've made a lot of improvement with her she's able to do a back handspring and bend over in half and it's all because they work with her one-on-one and it is really helped her develop. Great place if you want

We have sent our two daughters to ASMT for four years. At first, they took introductory tumbling classes and attended cheer camps. In addition, our girls have taken privates with practically every coach in the gym -- every coach offers a different teaching perspective. They eventually progressed to the Vegas Stars cheer program under ASMT. We could not be happier with the level of professionalism and experience their coaches bring to each practice and competition. In particular, our girls love (even idolize) Coach Jaiden. She's not the "bubbly" type of coach, but she is the fair coach, the consistent coach, the kind coach -- most importantly, the coach that will push your athlete to success and then celebrate with that success with your athlete. As parents footing the bill for this expensive sport, we appreciate that we can take any of our concerns to the coaches or to the office staff or to the owner -- we might not like the outcome of our concerns, but we are heard.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend, coach jaiden does NOT care for any athletes on the team unless your one of her favorites, i’ve had countless friends who has gotten concussions there on her cheer teams yet the “coach” does not care at all. She has no energy to really teach and coach there. I would personally rather go to LVA or somewhere else.

My daughter has been going to ASMT for years. She normally just does private lessons but has also participated in camps. The instructors themselves are excellent, and they’re knowledgeable, supportive, and we’ve never had any issues with the actual lessons or camps. The biggest problem, however, is scheduling private lessons. Once you finally get a time locked in, the lessons go great. But getting to that point is a headache. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, so scheduling usually happens through email. Responses are slow, and when they do come, they often feel rude, like we’re an inconvenience just for trying to book a class. We even tried going in person, hoping it would be better than email, but it was worse. My wife went down recently, and the staff member she dealt with (Karen) was extremely rude and unhelpful. After signing us up, she just shut the glass door without another word. That experience left a really bad impression. On top of that, there’s a strict cancellation policy. You can’t cancel within 24 hours. That would be fine in theory, but in practice it’s a huge problem because you can almost never get ahold of anyone to cancel or reschedule. I’ve spoken with other moms, and they’ve had the exact same frustrations. It all seems to come down to the person handling scheduling, and unfortunately, that’s what makes the whole experience so unpleasant. To their credit, the instructors really do go above and beyond. One of my daughter’s private coaches even gave us their personal number so we could reach out if we ever needed to cancel, and they would notify the front desk for us. That was incredibly thoughtful and shows the kind of people the actual instructors are. Because of these ongoing scheduling and customer service issues, we’re seriously considering stopping private lessons altogether. It’s a shame, because the actual instructors are fantastic. But the office experience overshadows everything else, and that’s ultimately why we can’t recommend ASMT private lessons.
