★JUpdate - how interesting that I only received a response AFTER I left a review. That's not sketch at all. No accountability taken as you can see by the reply, only excuses. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is March 2026 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY POTTERY I am out $164 I've called multiple times during business hours, no one answers. I've left several voice mails, no call back. I've sent an email - only responded w excuses after I left a review Attended a sip and spin class in early December 2025 - no wine was provided, but the class was more expensive $67/person + $15 per additional pottery piece. I read the fine print - no where did it say to bring your own - there was an up charge for this class I also spoke w the owner on several occasions on the phone about this specific class. Not once was byob mentioned. - the young woman who hosted tried to gaslight me saying it was on the website to byob. it was not. - We did not get a full hour on the wheel - It was very cold in the small room, and it looked like an old garage that needed work - We had to walk in the dark on the grass to find the entrance. No signs for guidance at the main building - our friends had to go back 3 different times to get their pottery bc it was still not ready. Mind you, they provided the date for pick up which was 1 month from the class. I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. I went out of my way to get a group together to be able to have this class and it has been nothing but a major let down.
