We had our daughter in this camp in summer 2025 and during tech week, we showed up to pick her up from coppermine pantherplex (10 minutes early) and all of her stuff was sitting outside and she was nowhere to be found. I raced all over asking if anyone knew where she was and no one had a clue. I ran back to my car to grab my cellphone and called her watch, only to find out that another theater group who recognized her and was concerned for her safety had found her and brought her inside to wait with them. (They had texted me but it was right when I got there for pickup, left my phone in the car and then was too panicked to have seen the text). The issue was brought to their attention and we were given a measly apology and told it would be addressed at their next meeting… we followed up time and time again and this meeting did not occur for months! Their check in/checkout system was extremely poor. As the parent, you walked your child in, put a check next to their name, and left. In the first couple of weeks, they did have someone standing with my daughter and greeting me, making me feel as though they knew who I was and were someone responsible for making sure my daughter went home with the right person. Not only this, but there was very poor structure around the final week before the performance where conflicting emails were sent about schedules and pick up times for our children. While the performance was good, we will not be returning to keep our child safe.
I don't know what is this but it's epic
