It's for beginners and advance students. I wish it was something like this when I was little. I only gave it 4 stars because my boyfriend ordered a winter dance DVD (when our daughter performed) back in December 2016 and we never received it. I wrote them and they said it will be available in Feb. 17'. Time went on then and still no DVD. Tried to contact them but was no response. Even left a voice message. Oh well.
