Beautiful place, but it can get very hot during the day. The bonsai garden is very special. We biked there and it was perfect for exploring the grounds.

Visited the Arboretum in D.C. today and enjoyed the grounds. The weather was mild for a winter day. I checked out the Bonsai gardens and the National Capitol columns. Overall it is a nice place to visit. Definitely check it out along with the nicer trails and parks to explore in D.C.

Beautiful playground with well maintained equipment, and options for kids of all ages. Small, but good variety of equipment. Two toddler swings and 5 big kid swings. Some climbing apparatuses and 4 slides. Adjacent to nice tennis courts, basketball court, and adult workout area. Nice bench swing for multiple people too. Multiple picnic areas with one grill.

We love the playground! It's quiet and always clean. The swings are not broken and there's an exercise area for adults. I enjoy using the equipment while my kids play.

Everyone loves the cherry blossoms. We have a parade to honor them. Meteorologists track weather to provide peak viewing times. I heard that this year’s throngs of phone snapping tourists have even been seen from space! But what about the vibrant beauty of the azaleas in the National Arboretum? If you haven’t seen them, you must! Surprise fragrances will also take you by surprise as you wander over the grounds. Granted the park can be pretty full on the weekends but these were taken Tuesday morning. If you are lucky enough to have some time during the week, come and enjoy! The place is huge and the azaleas are just a small piece of this amazing pie!
