This center rocks! Went for a passport appointment. Prompt, super efficient, super fast. Everyone was so pleasant and nice, helpful. I saw a lot of kids enjoying summer activities in the center. A cleanup crew (kids) were busily tidying up out front. A very pleasant and productive experience. I'd say this is a very well run operation!

Saturday , I went to a girls basketball game at twelve and found what should be amazing time watching young girls play to utter chaos. While I admire the referee’s, they can’t give up the game to parents and children. My hope in the future is they will keep control of the game and teach the players the appropriate way to play the game.

Had a nice time here for the mother son luau! They have restrooms and water fountains that can also fill bottles. Several large rooms were decorated and they have a little kitchen area for snacks and drinks

My sister took my mom to process my brother's passport on 12/11/18. The woman had the worst attitude, when my mom asked for help with the application after something was wrong on it, she annoyingly said she could not help. She was not friendly at all. They had to go back a second time, it was the first time she processed a passport here in the U.S. and the worker expected her to know all the fees. They had to go get a money order since apparently they don't take cash there and when they got back they needed another money order for the processing fee and picture which wasn't mentioned the first time. Pricing signs would help and a no cash sign too. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Some people need training on better customer service. I processed my own in Santa Barbara and it was great loved the friendly environment helpfulness.
