Camp Fire Central Coast, an affiliate of the national Camp Fire youth organization based in Arroyo Grande, runs Camp Tacanneko, a week-long traditional day camp for kids entering grades K-11 with hiking, swimming, arts and crafts, music, and team challenges. Sessions run in select summer weeks (campers pack their own lunch). It also offers weekend campouts and year-round activities.
