Powered by GoogleMy daughter has been attending for 2 months and loves it. She's 10 yrs old.
My daughter is here for a year, and she enjoys it until one of the staff members, Jennifer, spoke to me about my account, which had already been resolved, in front of others. Addressing concerns privately would have shown respect and professionalism, both of which are important for a positive environment. I agree with other parents that not having makeup classes in this club is unfair, and I have to pay the entire amount. On holiday, they are closed, with no credit or token for the children. Other places will adjust the amount or give you credit for the day they are closed. I just moved my daughter to a different gym where she can be appropriately accommodated.
I trained at this gym for 5 years after switching from the Judah gym. The coaches, my teammates, and the competitions were absolutely amazing!
Updated review: ratio still not great at 6:1 recently, they definitely don't get enough attention. Also policy of no make ups is not family friendly, nearly all other class type enrollments allow some sort of make up class so because that will consider switching our daughter to another gymnastics club that is more accommodating. Original review: Daughter enjoys going and her instructor is attentive and encouraging. The ratio could be better. Originally just one group of children but now they combined two groups and have 2 instructors so takes twice as long to go through the circuits and less individual practice opportunity. I’ve also noticed that another instructor is not really attentive or engaging. Would caution to ensure that your kiddo has a good instructor. Location is a bit sketchy and parking can be tough to find.
Started brining my daughter here about 6 weeks ago. She’s in the tumblers class she absolutely loves it! The instructors are so nice and the front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. It’s also affordable at 119.0@ for 4 classes. She meets weekly for 1 hour sessions. They also have an area upstairs large area with a couch, chairs and tables where family and friends can wait and watch their kiddos practice and workout. The area has windows along the wall facing to the Gym area!
