I don’t even know how to fully express how happy and grateful I am to have found this studio. After trying several others and taking multiple trial classes, this was the one that immediately felt right, I loved it so much I signed up again, and now I’m taking two ballet classes regularly. Every instructor I’ve taken, from regular classes to drop-ins for makeups, has been incredible. Their technique, musicality, and attention to detail really stand out, and the corrections are thoughtful and helpful. After just 3 months, I’m already seeing real improvement (even my turnout has gotten better!), and it means so much that the teachers notice and encourage that growth. This studio has truly become my therapy. Hyesun’s Wednesday morning class is the perfect way to get through the midweek slump. She’s so attentive and takes the time to make sure we understand and execute everything correctly. I always leave her class feeling accomplished and honestly on the biggest serotonin high. I also had Erin as a substitute one Wednesday, and she was amazing. Her teaching was very visual and she explained technique in a way that really made things stick. I also take Victoria’s Sunday class, and while I felt a little behind at first, I’ve improved faster than I ever did practicing on my own before signing up. Her detailed corrections and high standards really push you to grow. She’s definitely a tougher teacher, but in the best way, her training and technique are incredibly effective, and I leave class feeling proud of what I’ve accomplished. I’m so grateful to have found a studio so close to home with such amazing instructors. I can’t recommend it enough!

I decided to start dance again when I retired after not dancing for 25 years.. Dakota is a thoughtful teacher, making sure her older adult students have modifications to exercises if they have joint issues. I find her classes just the right amount of challenge both physically and mentally.

I am 64 years old. I discovered ADI Shoreline was a 4 block walk from my office. I dropped in on a Sunday just when Elizabeth was winding up an Adult Beginner class. I liked the studio from its perch above NE 175th St to its finely finished ballet bars. Elizabeth invited me to an Adult Beginner Ballet Class on Tuesday morning and I was hooked. I registered for the class and purchased Elizabeth's online classes, "Any Day Ballet." I am an overweight senior and not well coordinated, but I trusted Elizabeth when she said "all bodies are welcome."

ADI Shoreline dance studio is MY HAPPY PLACE. I go in to take adult beginner ballet class with excitement and leave with a smile on my face every time. The amazing instructors who really care, the clean and warmed up studio, the always available support staff, ability to make up classes that I missed...I am so glad I found this place so close to my house. I highly recommend!

I really wanted to give a 5 star review. My daughter did one of their week long dance camps where there was supposed to be a performance on Friday, the last day. We deceived an email it would be a 4 day camp due to the dance instructor having an appointment. Is and the other participants arrived at the dance studio Friday morning and no instructor. We waited and tried calling the phone number for 30 minutes before leaving. I tried calling that number again within an hour, finally getting someone on the phone. She was being helpful while not knowing what was going on. I get a call back a little while later explaining the dance instructor was having a wisdom tooth extraction, miscommunication on the dance studio side. When i asked the woman on the phone if she was going to notify the other family, she said she would send an email. Highly disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism in taking responsibility for NOT communicating with families promptly. Changing a 5 day camp to 4 days is one thing. Not having a single employee available or ready to step in to allow the children to hold their performance on the final day is inexcusable. We will not be returning or recommending ADI.
