The classes are structured and focused on building strength, endurance, and proper technique while also maintaining a fun atmosphere. We’ve been to other gymnastics gyms, but this one stands out above the rest. I am especially impressed with the care and individual attention that my children receive from the coaches - coach Alex, coach Derek, coach Dominic, and coach Madelyn always make my children feel safe and confident to take reasonable risks and try new things. We are so glad we found this gym, and I highly recommend it for both classes and parties!

★Mark MMy biggest concern is the air quality—it’s clearly not healthy. They really need proper air scrubbers and ventilation systems to bring in fresh, clean air. Opening the garage door in the back more often would help too. On top of that, the carpets and equipment need a professional deep clean to remove decades of built-up chalk and grime. It’s honestly pretty disgusting. Several parents I’ve spoken with avoid this place entirely because of how dirty and poorly ventilated it feels.
