Powered by GoogleLove this camp. Good Christian people and fun camp. I went there as a kid...now my kids are attending. Lots of activities for the kids....swimming, skiing, tubing, putt putt, fishing, field trips, praise and worship time, great food and more. Best overnight camp out there.
We have four kids who have gone here the last couple of Summers. The chapel lessons and devotions are theologically sound and the staff BRINGS THE FUN. Like, our kids never want to go home at pick up time! What a gift Ambassador Camp is to everyone- kids, parents, and the community.
It is a Christian Summer camp for youth. It is beautifully located at Lake Waccamaw the tree line street leading to the camp is so beautiful. You have an amazing view of Lake Waccamaw, NC this lake is such a relaxing atmosphere. The views are amazing if you are a fan of water this is the place you should visit.
My daughter loved her time there. Arts and crafts, outdoor activities on the lake, and ambassador lead learning time. This is a Christian based camp so don't come expecting a secular lesson plan. All in all, I think the friendships made are as important as the fellowship shared.
This is a down to earth place that allows you to escape from the hardships in life and to truly learn how to have a stronger foundation/relationship with the Lord. EVERYONE is family no matter what. There’s also lots of different activities that are available such as canoeing, water skiing, tubing, arts and crafts, windsurfing, music, and even missionary stories told by the camp leader herself!! This is a magical place that I find myself back at every summer along with all of my sisters and little cousins!!
