I understand that managing many students and performances can be challenging, and I truly appreciate the effort that goes into it. However, I did feel disappointed with the customer service experience. My daughter’s costume was forgotten, and the response felt somewhat dismissive. As a working parent, it can be difficult to keep up with all the emails, and when I wasn’t aware of the upcoming local festival performance, the interaction at the front desk felt less welcoming than I had hoped. The space also felt quite crowded at times, and there were moments when people bumped into each other without much awareness. I hope there may be opportunities to improve communication, customer experience, and space moving forward. Thank you for your continued hard work.

My daughter and me are taking classes for 2 years already, we are very happy with the experience, for me as an adult talking ballroom with Rafael, he’s most fun teacher I ever had, is challenging and I’m really glad to do this, my girl she’s have a passion for this for all the classes specially ballet with miss Christina challenging too but this is what we here for to learn, miss Victoria she’s a treasure a lot of experience and knowledge, very fun I recommend this a lot

I am a first time mom to this dancing experience, and All Stars in Sugar Hill has been nothing but accommodating and patient with me. My girls are enrolled in the Kindergarten to 2 second grade Hip Hop class, and they love it. We really enjoyed the Nutcracker that All Stars put on recently. You can see the time and dedication that they put forth in this production. I did not know what to expect going in to see the show, and what I saw amazed me. The seasoned dancers were exceptional. The younger kids were having fun while looking absolutely adorable. I would recommend ALL STARS to anyone!

My 7 year old daughter is about to start her third year at ALL STARS. She loves dancing here and adores all her teachers. She has had the opportunity to take belly dancing classes which she absolutely LOVES ( in part due to her fabulous teacher Ms Victoria, the owner of the school) - it is so adorable to watch, and she has progressed so much in ballet that she will start the next level class a year early. The teachers really care about the progress of the students and what is in their best interest. What I really love is how many opportunities throughout the year ALL students get to perform, whether it be at festivals in Sugar Hill and Suwanee, parades, local schools and events, Christmas shows and the end of year recital which has always been amazing and so professional. The students work hard in a non competitive environment which allows these children to grow in confidence without the pressure of competition. ALL STARS is a positive environment with a family like atmosphere. We are proud to have an ALL STARS dancer and as long as our daughter loves to dance, we will be part of the ALL STARS family.
