Powered by GoogleI took the beginner hip hop class tonight with Perlizbeth and it was a very positive experience. She had great energy and taught a very cute dance. The studio manager was there as well and he was very personable and nice. Overall fun class, good vibes, thanks Dance 411!
I had been checking periodically for when dance 411 opened back up and was extremely excited to try out a new hobby. I went to Thursday’s hip hop class which I was aware was intermediate/advanced. I had been having long days at work which prevented me from going the weeks prior or to the beginner classes Tuesday and Wednesday. Being that I was still looking forward to it, I wanted to go ahead and at least check it out so that I didn’t forget about it. This was something I had been thinking about for a while now. When I arrived there was only myself and one other person who signed up. The interaction I had with the instructor Jordan/J Swifft was extremely off putting, mentioning several times that it was not a beginners class even when I simple and politely explained that I solely wanted to check it out and of course I was not expecting him to slow down for me at any point. The last straw for me was when he said “ok jumping straight into advance” in a really impolite tone. This is a really ugly demeanor for an instructor to have, it is icky and ugly to choose to be rude. It felt uninviting to the point where I did not even go through with starting the class, I just grabbed my things and left. I am not so upset over spending $26 than I am over the extreme lack of professionalism and basic kindness and respect in general. Like you have 2 people in your class, relax and just be kind, it’s not that serious. I hate that it ruined something I was truly looking forward to.
I attended a Ladies Night Out: Pole & Lap session on a Saturday night with some friends for my birthday and it was an absolute blast!! The instructor, Finesse, was amazing! Most of us were out of our element but she made everyone feel like it came natural. ...and it was a great workout! My group had a great time and we're already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend it for anyone!
Hello everyone! My name is Andrea and I happened to stop by this dance studio looking for some dance classes for myself. First impression is everything to me. Whitney greeted us like we were a friend stopping by, that stood out! Right away I felt comfortable and like I was speaking to a friend. She too takes classes so she also told me her experience Which is nice to know the person trying to get you to sign up is also a person who believes in what they selling. She was so informative and helpful. My daughter (who is a toddler) is not the friendliest but my daughter gave her hugs and others at the place. It felt like I was at home with family. She provided all classes available and Prices are so reasonable and they have different options, like a one day pass or a membership, which I think is great! I also met Sabrina such a lovely woman as well. Greeted me spoke to me in a way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I really enjoyed everything about the facility and classes they have to offer. Can’t wait to go to my first class on Saturday and making it our permanent dance home! Thank you Whitney so much for taking your time and not rushing anything and helping me with my daughter! I can go on and on! Truly an amazing customer service! Thank you! Dance411!
My friend daughter danced for this company. She is in Petite Elite. I have attended the Behind the Movement, and when I say there team so super cute and energetic. I really enjoyed watching them perform. All the children did an awesome job. To see my friend's daughter blossom into such a phenomenal dancer in front of my eyes is so amazing. This dance company and team really cares about their students.
