Lacking structure, discipline, and just plain common sense. Was told by an employee at this location that the weekly cost would be the same as after care for the spring break program. But they were incorrect and I was misinformed and overcharged. But why is there a price difference? Whats the difference? Cause something doesnt add up... Lets do math. $44/week for before/after school care (max hrs approx 5/day) $214/2 days or more, Spring break program (max hrs 12/day) $44/5hrs = $8.8/hr $214/12hrs= $17.83 /hr That make sense? No? Because it doesnt. There is absolutely no reason to charge that much more, especially if I have to provide a meal every day. They said it's due to rising costs, but I know for a fact a few months ago several of your good employees quit because the pay was too low for the amount of work put on them. Now if you arent paying your employees more, there's absolutely no reason for a dramatic difference. None. This is pure greed and taking advantage of a less wealthy area of people who have little to no choice because both parents are forced to work. Not to mention the number of times they've charged me when my child didnt even attend the after school program. When speaking with the person in charge of billing and such, they seemed so un-empathetic to the situation. Like "it is what it is" mentality. Poor service. Poor management. Poor parents being taken advantage of. Not to mention when I pick him up they're usually watching tv. Like what? 3/4pm and they're watching TV? 👀 What a world we live in.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the kids love Judo, and it’s decently clean. However besides the judo instructor and the blonde (i think) older very friendly woman who works at the front desk, this place is horrible. Most of the staff is rude, and doesn’t even let you into the building. But the main point of all of this is. The staff is rude and I don’t quite understand why you would close at 6pm Mondays and Wednesday, knowing judo starts at 6pm and ends at 7pm. Then not let people into the building that have kiddos attending to judo. If that’s is the case, I hope I’m not going to be charged for missing classes, when I wasn’t even able to get into the building. Some of us have lives and are very busy people. We won’t always be exactly be early, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t let us in the building. I stood at the front door for 5 minutes pressing the button and waiting, then even making eye contact with someone at the front desk, waving to let them know I needed in and got completely ignored. Eventually I just went to the back of the building, the back door was completely propped open by a cone for anyone to come inside. Which doesn’t seem very safe. Not only that but after maybe 20 minutes I went to tell the lady the was sitting at the front desk, I needed to step outside for a very important call and got greeted with a hostile attitude from the lady up front stating that they closed at 6pm. But judo is 6-7pm, so how is the building closed with a whole class of children and adults inside. Maybe on the nights that people are suppose to be here after 6pm, it should be accessible for the people. Incase of emergency calls, or situations. Maybe it’s the afternoon shifts, because that’s the only staff who i have interacted with, but the workers here are not very pleasant to deal with.

We’ve taken our little one to the Alexandria IN location for several months now & she loves it! The staff are a great bunch & she loves her teachers. They are very informative as to what she does every day step by step. We wouldn’t take her anywhere else & highly recommend it to anyone!!

Wish the gym was cleaner and air conditioning worked better, I like the silver sneakers program but the conditions need improvement
