The player development philosophy and execution are top notch. The style of play is beautiful to watch as they play as a true team, promoting possession and ball control with everyone getting involved to contribute to the many wins we've been a part of. Our son joined with a good amount of skill but the coaching he received at Ajax really accelerated his talent and development. We have witnessed this happen across all players on our team. The size of the club is also very appealing. They aren't looking to be the biggest club in the area so the player attention is very solid and each team becomes really close (parents included). While not looking to be the biggest, they are looking to be the best. This is apparent through the investment in club personnel, the club management etc. We are actually moving out of the area this summer and of all things we'll miss about Naperville, Ajax is no doubt what we will miss the most. If you are looking at clubs in the area, you must try out with Ajax. They just have something very special and you'll be very happy with this program.

Through word of mouth our daughter joined Ajax. They worked out virtually, did foot skills all over the house over screens and stayed active both mentally and physically. At the end of sessions they would wrap up with their coach with a little talk and all laugh and go about their lives. For that hour a couple times a week, life felt normal. When we finally transitioned to playing outdoors again the camaraderie was even greater in person than virtually. The level of training and joy we have received watching our daughter do what she enjoys has been well worth it. Ajax has a wonderful family feel, the staff is very attentive and always willing to listen. We have been blessed with a great team and fabulous coach. Highly recommend!
