There was only two classes that month and one of the two classes had a teacher teaching silks that was breast-feeding during class not focusing on the kids. There was never a copy of a contract provided physically or electronically. They act like they do you a favor by waving a late Fee When we’ve called to make the payment, but whoever works at the front, cannot process the payment or provide a copy of the contract. And just to be clear, Miss Holly, we were waiting for her to come of age to go to the Circus Center We stayed there to keep my daughter Training not because of your guys exceptional service. I would give zero stars if it was even an option. AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I SAID THAT WAS “HOSTILE” Hi, Thank you for your voicemail. I’m writing to follow up and provide clarification regarding enrollment and the December billing. To clarify, a refund for December was not originally approved. Your request to drop your child was verbally communicated to our front desk on 12/20/2025. Per our cancellation policy, a 30-day notice is required regardless of class attendance. In this case, we made an exception by waiving the 30-day notice requirement and allowing your child’s enrollment to conclude at the end of December. Although this was already an accommodation beyond our standard policy, we have decided to make a one-time exception and process the requested refund (refunds are processed within 2-7 business days). We would also like to address a prior concern. We are aware that Chris has previously left very hostile reviews on both Facebook and Google, which included personal insults directed toward our staff. Despite this, Your child continued attending classes afterward, which suggests that your family was generally satisfied with the services provided. We have also been happy to continue accommodating your family’s requests throughout your kids enrollment. Throughout your kids time at AGC, we made every effort to support her experience, including allowing additional makeup classes beyond our standard policy of one per month (these do not include absences due to closures or class cancellation, for which we also offer makeups), as well as waiving our $15 late fee for past-due tuition. Given the circumstances outlined above, we respectfully ask that yournot return to AGC in the future. We wish a your child and your family all the best moving forward. Sincerely, Holly Zimmerman AGC Front Desk This place is the worst. They have teenagers working there. My daughter has been taking silks here for a while called numerous times to make a payment. The phone line was down had to contact them through Instagram for them to reach back out so I can make a payment then when The young girl at the front told us about our new price, it got increased and I asked her for a copy of our contract and she said she didn’t have any accessibility to there contracts. We asked to speak to the manager and she was out of town at a wedding. We also asked to speak to the owner and she was out of town teaching some other class. Trash service. Then to top it off, we drove over there two times to find out the silk class was canceled With no phone call being made and no email being sent out and offered for us to go to gymnastics. My daughter doesn’t do gymnastics. She does silks terrible customer service untrained front desk staff I hate writing this one star review because I’m a small business owner but this place sucks. Save your time. Go to the Circus Center on Jones. Step up your game

The best gymnastics gym in all of the city of Las Vegas. Highly recommended super clean super friendly amazing teachers amazing environment. I love that they have $7 open gym Tuesday and Thursday that is the key to this place being so successful I believe. There's not a place for a bunch of artists to be able to gather without breaking their pocketbook. This is absolutely the place!

My daughter loves gymnastics. She likes her coaches too. However, they increase the fee 2 times with in 4 months. There is no control over that. It is really disappointing to see your monthly fee increases every few months. They should have a consistent fee for at least a year since they are giving lessons. When I asked Holly about if there is a possibility of increasing fees, she said it would happen after a long time. Now they increased 2 times with in 4 months.

Just sitting here watching the grandkids teaches their moves that they learned here. I'm so grateful for this place and all the gymnastic competition moves. They are teaching our granddaughters. They have been going there for over a year. Highly recommend give them place a call. The girls name is Holly upfront. She is an angel
