My three oldest children have all been part of Adrenaline Dance & Performing Arts in one way or another over the past few years. They have taken everything from homeschool ballet and hip hop to performance tumbling, ballet, acro privates, and now all three of them are part of the competition teams. Currently one of my daughters is on the junior team, one is on the senior team, and one is on the elite team. This is our second year competing with the team. There is one head coach, Calleigh, and Karen, the studio owner, is very upfront about pricing. As a parent with multiple dancers, I really appreciate the transparency. When you actually sit down and do the math, you realize you really do get a lot for what you are paying for. Depending on the team, dancers train anywhere from about an hour and a half a week up to four hours of training each week. They also participate in multiple competition routines, attend about five competitions during the season, perform in the December showcase, and finish the year with recital in May. Team members also receive their team gear including costumes and accessories, a team bag, team shirt, team jacket, and other items that help create a strong sense of identity within the team. Karen and the head team coach Calleigh promote bonding, showmanship, and the discipline that comes with being part of a team with standards. If you know the book The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, the best way I can describe the team environment is like the sisterhood of the traveling leotard. These dancers spend a lot of time together training, traveling, and supporting one another, and that sense of connection really shows both on and off the stage. Being just shy of three years at this studio, I can honestly say things are not always perfect... but they are perfect for us. I also have a child with special needs who unfortunately is not currently able to participate in the studio atmosphere the same way her sisters can. Even so, Karen made sure she still felt included. She had a team jacket made for her so that on competition weekends she knows she is part of the team and ready to cheer on the whole gang. During this past competition weekend, I had one of those mom moments. While watching some of the youngest hit the stage, I mentioned to Calleigh that sometimes I wish I could see my youngest on stage like her sisters. It was simply a moment where I was acknowledging that because of her disability, it may be something I never get to see. Without hesitation Calleigh sat next to me and simply said... we could do it. We will just get her sisters to help... but we can do it. That moment meant more to me than any placement or trophy. In that moment she did not see limitations... she saw possibility. And that, more than anything, tells you exactly what kind of studio this is. For our family, Adrenaline has been more than a dance studio. It has been a place where my daughters have grown in confidence, discipline, teamwork, and friendship... and where even the child who cannot dance still feels like she belongs. If you are looking for a studio, or just a parent of a tot starting their dance journey, come to Adrenaline! If your child loves dance, and loves the stage, come to team tryouts! There is a place for everyone at Adrenaline.

My daughter has been attending Adrenaline Dance Studio for 5 years. She started in their hip hop class and now is on their Elite Dance Competiton team. She enjoys going to this studio, improving her dance technique and making great memories while she’s here. This studio has been a big impact on her life and she loves this studio and the people here.

I CANNOT RECOMMENED ADRENALINE ENOUGH! We PCSed to San Antonio in February and I did a ton of research on places so my 5 year old could continue dance and I could not be happier with the instruction, care, and genuine LOVE my daughter gets here. She is now on the competition cheer team and loves going to practice and she adores her teammates and coaches. 10/10 recommend 🤗🥰

I highly recommend Adrenaline Dance Studio. We have had nothing but a good experience there. My two daughters LOVE it and have learned so much. They offer many different classes. They are very family friendly and considerate to each families needs. Karen, the owner, is such a down to earth and genuine woman and business owner. She truly cares for the students and staff and you can clearly see it, it’s evident in all she does! She works tirelessly to invest in the mission and the people, she inspires me honestly! So 10 out of 10 recommend!

This has truly been the best dance studio for my daughter! She looks forward to her lessons every week and always comes home excited to share what she’s learned. The owner is wonderful to work with, and the teachers are amazing! They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and so passionate about what they do. We feel so lucky to be part of this studio! ❤️
