I’m only willing to share the 5 star rating for one of your employees. I attended your dance recital May 16th for my granddaughter. I understand the hectic energy that is put into a recital or a big event. I completely get it. However the women who were taking tickets and what not in the front were very rude to my wife. Rushing us and very pushy. When we got inside the place not one person could direct us. If it was not for the photographer who saw us lost. It was our first time attending this recital. The young lady who helped us explained she was the photographer for the company and actually took the time to speak with us and help us find nice seats so we could see our granddaughter. She even asked us if we needed water. That type of kindness needs to be recognized. The owner needs to be aware of this. I didn’t catch her name and looked for it on the program but did not see it. All I know is she had a camera around her neck and kindness beaming from her. Great show but the women in the front need to understand how to speak to older folks like myself.

Such amazing people that own and manage this studio! I wish I could give more stars ⭐️ So giving and welcoming. I’ve taken just about every class they offer and have felt so comfortable and welcomed. I got invited by a friend a few months ago and have been enjoying the classes offered ever since. I’ve run into the owner a time or two and can certainly say nothing but kind things about them. It helps to feel confident in a place knowing that the experience is consistent at all levels. Each instructor has their unique style but one thing thats the same if the warm fun way they all teach with. Wether every spot is filled or its a handful of people they give it their all and you can’t help but be encouraged by each ones dedication to what they do and to you the individual. Smash Dance also offers classes Ive never thought I would try and ended up loving like the Saturday Bollywood Dance class! I hope they continue to expand on whats offered because its made this wobbly woman here find getting fit incredibly fun! Keep it up y’all! I’ll be right back at it next week and every week after! (Even if i am a bit winded lol 😀)
