★KreekVery disappointed. The main problem with this place is the owner. This business for her is a way to milk her customers for ever dime she can by creating “policies” that benefit her financially at the expense of her customers. Her policies are unfair and punitive. She shows zero flexibility and simply does not care. She strolls in at about 4:30 every for 30 minutes, dictates orders to her staff that fears her and then leaves. She does not return, calls, messages left at the front desk or emails. We are so tired of the tyranny and are moving our kids somewhere run by a person that actually cares.

When you miss a class, you can use your makeup tokens for any of the classes. This has been a great way for us to try out different classes and different coaches. I love the flexibility to change classes to find the right fit for each of my children. They also have a play room upstairs, which I love for when we have time before class. It has taken us some switching around to find what coaches my kids mesh with best. There is some turnover with some of the coaches, which has been hard when my little ones get attached to someone they really like. We also had my daughters birthday party here recently, and it was so fun for all the kids. They taught them so many skills during the party. Overall, my kids really enjoy all the dance, gymnastics, and ninja classes. Thank you!!!

Blanca didn’t turn me away without a solution she spoke to the owner and was able to get my daughter a tryout for pre team! This saved us from having her in a class that was not challenging her and wasting time and money. I can’t thank her enough! To the day I look forward to seeing her, she always has a smile and helpful attitude! I definitely recommend this gym and Blanca if you need any assistance!
