The South Valley Family YMCA runs YMCA of Silicon Valley's San Jose - South summer day camps, held at Reed Elementary and Schallenberger Elementary. The Y's day camp line-up spans dozens of themed weeks across its branches, from space and cooking to fashion design, robotics and theater, with time outdoors, healthy meals and trained camp staff. The camps are accredited by the American Camp Association, and financial assistance is available to families in need.
