The YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County runs several summer day camps in the Hudson Valley, including Camp Seewackamano in Shokan and Camp Wiltmeet in New Paltz (both pre-K through grade 9) and Camp Starfish at its Kingston facility (pre-K through grade 5). Camps run roughly 9am-4pm (Wiltmeet to 4:30pm) Monday through Friday from late June into August, with before- and after-care available and income-based financial aid; families can register by the week or full session.

★★★Honest OpinionAlmost Typical American Chinese food, I’d say a bit better than most but still just average when compared to amazing Chinese food. Service is good. Nice amount of space and light from big windows. Portions are relatively big. If you like American Chinese food definitely worth a try.
★★Samantha K.This location is mediocre at best. The only reason I go is because Jane, the swim instructor, is phenomenal, but other than that, I wouldn’t waste my time. In specific to the pool, communication is poor, you never respond receive a response via email or voicemail, the scheduling for lap swim is a nightmare, and crowded. The other facilities, meh.
★★LeahWe want to really like this YMCA, but it's always a little uncomfortable for one reason or another. The other day we walked in and the whole lobby smelled like weed. The equipment is often out of order or outdated and always a little dirty. Hoping it improves in the new year.
★Gx19 FilmsThis Place opens up whenever they feel like. If the wind blows in the wrong direction this place will close. They Sent out an Email saying they would open at 10 only to never opened at all. if your employees do not like coming to work just say so! mind you, every other gym was open. And the roads were fine. Ended up being a line of cars and people at the door waiting for them to open to no avail. A lot of people were upset. Went to PF and got a pass for the day. For the amount of money this place isn't worth it. on top of that the machines and equipment are outdated. Only real major benefit is the pool and ball court.Its pretty dusty, meaning needs a better clean. Inside the lockers are nasty ,the weight room mirrors are broken! so on and so on. Hadn’t been there in years and figured to give them a try. Definitely will not be renewing
★★★★★Paul LariosThe YMCA of Kingston has never looked so good after a massive overhaul of upgrades in 2020! I knew the pool was being replaced (which is now state of the art), but I also was impressed with the brand new parking lot and accessibility, 3 brand new gym floor surfaces, and brand new locker rooms. I grew up using the Y, but the Y was never a state-of-the-art facility it is now. And it is always better to support a charitable organization over a for-profit gym in my opinion!
