The BHP YMCA in Shreveport is a branch of the YMCA of Northwest Louisiana and offers the association's summer day camp, running 9:00am to 4:00pm with early drop-off from 7:30am and late pickup until 5:30pm. Campers take part in guided activities and open play through the day.

I was disappointed that my reports regarding broken machines and missing straps seemed to go unaddressed. Additionally, some of the lifting gear is rusting and outdated. It is a higher-end gym, and I believe the quality of the equipment should match the cost of the membership.

I even utilized your services to run the Rock N Roll Run series in Nashville Tennessee. All that benefits st Jude children’s hospital. I have participated in your spin classes and even took the onboarding class for cross fit at the lash family ymca location when it opened. I recently had to cancel due to relocation and getting a new job. I originally was at Rad Tech at ochsner lsu health Shreveport but have now accepted a job at Willis knighton health system. I enjoy being a part of the Shreveport and bossier community. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The staff was great and used excellent customer service. I even worked out on my birthday and they the time to acknowledge me. I would definitely recommend the YMCA for anybody’s fitness needs. Keep up the great work.

I’ve enjoyed the water aerobics classes, as well as the lap pool. BHP was a great corporate citizen when they gave their support to the YMCA. BHP YMCA is a great asset in our city.
