When we showed up to the party the facility was dark and no one was there. We had to frantically try to reach someone at YMCA while figuring out what to do with the whole party of 8 yos, a birthday girl in tears, and no gymnastics. Someone from YMCA finally showed up 2 hours later and ran an abbreviated party. They explained that they'd written down the wrong date, even though we'd booked the correct date. After discussions, YMCA agreed to refund the full amount of the birthday party. But it's been months now and I'm still chasing them for the refund. They again aren't honoring their agreement. Just horrible.
