Had a full day here for Sauk County Institute of Leadership. Beautiful architecture, comfortable seating. Nice place to learn new things.

The facility was not open at the time of our visit so we toured the outside grounds and viewed the structure from the outside. It is a typical Frank Lloyd Wright design with high ceilings and sharp lines. There were at least two fireplaces that we could see from looking inside from the outside. The ceilings had wood pieces that were oriented towards the ceilings peak (typical of what one would see in his house and architectural school at Tailiesin. I would have liked to tour inside the building but it was not open at the time. This peaked my interest in visiting other Frank Lloyd Wright designed structures.

Missed the tours on Saturday. Discovered this site Sunday morning, and stopped to circle the building and press our noses to the windows. If we get back to the area again, we'll schedule a tour of the interior.

Every child should have an opportunity to experience this place. They host unique summer camp experiences every year which my children are excited to attend. This year they did an upcycled clothing camp which ended in a fashion show.

This beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright creation is fantastic and the Executive Director Dave Zaleski has done an amazing job with the restoration and repairs. The space can be rented and it is on a huge piece of property. Don't miss it!
