Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleThe CYC Clutch basketball league has been a horrible experience and I am writing this review now in hopes to spare other parents from wasting the time and money we did. We just left our 2nd "game", which we WERE CHARGED ADMISSION TO ATTEND where the children from our team still had no coach or jersey. From the first "practice" there has been nothing but confusion and chaos. No one knows anything and no one seems to care about anything besides collecting the initial 90 dollar league fee. The children were given 0 direction in the 2 practices so far; for example, no one even explained the positions that are in basketball. Our kiddo didn't even know who was on his team as the "practices" have been combined clusters of shooting drills, and we missed the 1st game because we received a schedule the night before game 1. The night before... The CYC / Clutch is doing wrong by parents and more importantly children. We just left 15 minutes after our child's game was scheduled to be played because the court we were emailed in instructions had no sign of his team and everyone we spoke to either didn't have information or directed us to the wrong location. We will not be back and it breaks my heart that this experience has been so god awful for our kid. Shame on the CYC!
