Excellent space for the community to play various sports and games. The community was in dire need of a space like this one. They have top of the line batting cages, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and a soccer field. There is also a space for volleyball. It is always so clean and the workers are incredibly kind and helpful. We are grateful for a place to have fun and play sports. The summer camp is also 5 stars!

This facility is great for the community and has a good amount of foot traffic which is great to see! Always people on the Basketball courts, pickle ball courts, and batting cages. Constantly running different adult leagues and clinics for the kids. Golf simulator is great for the winter time! Weight lifting area has essentials but is small and tight. Usually not crowded but can become a pain when there are only a handful of people there. 2 squat racks, 1 bench, 2 deadlift platforms. Dumbells up to 100+ but limited benches and small area. Several multi-exercise machines and small cable stack due to footprint constraints. Barbell weights are never organized and all over the place. They have lockers in the walking track area but no locker room/shower, which would be nice for early workouts prior to going to work. Basketball court ceilings are a hair low but does not affect 99%of shots.

Knowing this was a former manufacturing facility for fire trucks, this place did a great job renovating and making it a pretty cool fitness experience. The gym seems to be pretty nice, the basketball courts are super nice and work very well for youth basketball, the soccer field is the same. Very well-maintained and perfect for youth soccer. The pickleball courts are nice and just an overall good layout. Rumor is they're going to expand to the other side and if that's the case this place will get even better!

Narrow Valley Sportsplex has been such an amazing addition to our community, and my family has benefited in so many ways. Both of my children love their programs—the staff is patient, encouraging, and truly understands how to support kids with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. The staff consistently create a positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun. We recently hosted my son's birthday party at Narrow Valley, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. We showed up with the cake, the place was already decorated, and we had two party planners who took care of playing with the kids while the adults could join in the fun or watch from the sidlelines. Food/Snacks/Ice Cream and drinks were provided as well. The kids (20+) had a blast, the activities (wiffleball and kickball, however very hard to narrow down just two events for 6 year olds!) was very well organized, and the entire atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. He even talked about his party for days afterward, two parents reached out to me to share how wonderful the party was and introducing them to the facility. Plus seeing how happy and confident my son felt made it even more special.It’s rare to find a place that blends structure, fun, and genuine care for each child—and Narrow Valley does it effortlessly. Narrow Valley is more than just a sports facility. It’s a place where kids feel supported, parents feel comfortable, and the community feels connected. We are so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend them to any family looking for quality exercise/sport programs or a great spot for a birthday party! I regularly participate in gym classes, and enjoy the walking track. Hopefully will learn to pickelball in the near future!

We hosted our end of season party yesterday at Narrow Valley Sportsplex! We rented out the entire facility with about 100+families show up to hang out! We had a fun filled evening, where kids were able to play Basketball, Soccer, pickle ball, volleyball, baseball/softball, run around the track, cornhole, & ping-pong!!! The possibilities were endless, anything the kids could imagine they did. We are forever greatful for Narrow Valley opening their doors to us & allowing us to host one of the most epic end of seasons parties!! Everyone ( parents included) had a blast!! They couldn’t stop saying how beautiful & spacious the facility is!! Many toured the TruGolf simulator that offers stunning graphics to provide a life-like golf experience with over 30 actual courses to choose from, that was also available to rent! There is seriously something there for every one of all ages!! I would like to thank Kathy and Ric for their gracious hospitality and for building this beautiful facility right in our backyard!! A time was had by all! I look forward to spending time during this coming winter at Narrow Valley!!
