Wayne has worked with our son for four years. The kid’s growth as a basketball player has been amazing but his interest in academics has also improved and for that I am forever indebted to Coach Wayne. If your kid is interested is basketball, Bigtime is the place to go.

To say I'm happy, thrilled, excited that we found Big Time Sports Academy is an understatement. My son attended their summer camp for several weeks and loved it! He learned so much, worked on various skills, made friends and gained confidence. Coach Wayne, Traci and all the other counselors were amazing- always supportive, positive, very organized and made sure the kids had fun. We will definitely attend camp next summer! They do offer programs throughout the year which we are looking into as well. Thank you for having an amazing program!

I've known Coach Wayne and Traci for nearly 3 decades. Wayne, Traci, and their two amazing children Keshawn & Kiaya are family to us. I was one of Coach Wayne's first students back in Colorado in the 90s. The story I have is quite personal, but not uncommon under the tutelage of Bigtime. While basketball seems to be the focus for Bigtime, it's truly community, self-growth, and preparation for success in life. Prior to meeting Wayne, I was just a kid shooting my favorite shots in the gym. He came into the gym and asked me what I was doing. I said I was practicing. I'll never forget, but he said, "You call that practice? Seems to me that you're shooting the shots you're good at and not working on getting better. When you're ready to get better, let me know." My decision to let him know right then and there changed the course of my life forever. Forget about basketball, but my drive to move to NYC from smalltown, CO get my college degree and later open my own successful art company serving the weathiest individuals on the planet started with my decision to accept Coach Wayne's invitation. He was my first mentor in life, and I'll never forget. Fast forward to 2020 and having a lovely wife and two kids of my own. The COVID lockdown in Queens, NY left our kids without any real option for athletics, community, and positive mental health opportunities. We decided to move to the Poconos and put our kids in East district. I gave up my company to care for our kids' transition and to assist Bigtime while I worked on my own transition to nonprofit work. Our kids never touched a basketball in NY, and we placed our daughter in Bigtime for the summer camp. Our daughter not only learned the skills of bball, but she gained a community of friends and family here. At school, both our kids already had friends which made it easier, and with the help of Wayne and Traci's philosophy on academia and success, our kids have done exceptionally well in school. I apologize for the length of this review, but all the words I know couldn't do justice to how Wayne & Traci have helped guide me and my family. Forever grateful.

Bigtime Sports Academy is the BEST around! We were referred to Coach Wayne by a friend and ever since my kids started going to him their basketball skills have improved immensely. I had no idea all 5 of my kids had a love for basketball until they came home from Bigtime. Not only do they teach your kids skills they teach them the importance of college prepping by offering tutoring, college prep time, watching college basketball highlights, and even bringing in guest coaches to talk with the kids. You won't get any better basketball training around! You know you've made the right decision when your kids ask "when am I going back to coach"!!!!!

My son is 13 years old & has been attending this camp for 3+ years. He has accomplished so much within the years. Coach Wayne is one outstanding coach! He has taken the time to teach my son the fundamental of playing basketball. He has trained my son to never back down. He has supported my son when my son was on the school team & worked with my son through the ups & downs. I also have to add his wife Traci is such a loving caring woman. She is always on the court helping & making sure the boys are good. Her and her husband are truly a TEAM! This camp isn’t just a basketball camp it’s a family camp for all ages.
