★★★★★Jonathan GThe state 4H camp is something my daughter looks forward to every year. Some of the kids get a little emotional when camp ends due to the bonding & shared experiences. The living quarters have bunk beds with maybe 15-20 girls per cabin. Boys also on the other side of the camp. I believe two camp counselors for each cabin. So refreshing to see kids buzzing with excitement and wholesome smiles while taking luggage to the cabin. Of course 4H is just one component of the WVU Jackson's Mill site.

Addition buildings put in place by the famous Barn Work Builders are on site and are a great fit having used old and reclaimed wood and wood from the Jackson's Mill campus. Additional buildings on the site are also well maintained and excellent learning spaces for the group of children who were there for an Invitational. Worth the stop just for the historical area.
